We will be working closely to achieve growth and hit monthly sales target.
Responsibilities of Team manager:
Strong passion in leading, coaching and nurturing a sales team
Developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and recruitment of consultants.
Setting and tracking individual sales targets with the sales team.
Coordinating with internal departments on lead generation.
Conduct ongoing training of your salespeople.
A recognized degree in a relevant field
Experienced in managing a team is preferred.
Strong leadership, people management & interpersonal skills
Good understanding of the financial industry regulations & compliance requirements
Good financial services and insurance sales track records
minimum of 5 years in insurance sales or banking sales industry
Possess relevant accreditation (M5, M8, M8A, M9, M9A & HI)
