Waypoint is seeking an Account Administrator for the Indo-Pacific region to manage the Global Husbanding Contract and Worldwide Expeditionary Contract. In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding project fulfillment, monitoring the competitive landscape, and analyzing performance metrics to drive the success and development of your sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce regional policies in line with global objectives, reporting directly to Waypoint management.
  • Problem Identification and Resolution: Detect and address existing and potential issues in your region's competitive positioning, implementing solutions and monitoring updates in the Company system.
  • Strategic Decision-Making: Conduct thorough analysis and think strategically before approving Projects responses.
  • Leadership and Team Building: Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to your sales team. Set research and sales goals, develop individual area sales plans, analyze data, and assign responsibilities to team members.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Operations Representative, Data Analysts, and Account Coordinators to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
  • End-to-End Planning: Support the entire process from planning to execution of Projects requests, including progress reporting and facilitating communication within the team.
  • Financial Oversight: Ensure timely payment of vendor invoices and the submission of final documentation to the Finance department.
  • Daily Reporting: Provide regular updates on the projects to the COO, Account Coordinator, and Office Administrator during team meetings.
  • Supervision: Oversee daily tasks, ensuring all vendor contact information and historical prices are updated in the company system for upcoming requests.
  • Proposal Management: Prepare proposals based on updated data, analyze historical data, and consolidate projects information to share with the operation Coordinator.
  • Data Accuracy: Ensure all data and contact information are current in the company System and utilize tools for decision-making before bidding on proposals.
  • Finalization and Billing: Send final approved proposals to clients, monitor payment status, and reconcile project details with the Finance team.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with Operations Representatives to ensure no critical information is missed during Project execution.
  • Task Prioritization: Assign and prioritize tasks among team members, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Asset Maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance on company assets.

Requirements:

  • English(B2+) mandatory, second languages preferred
  • Experience with MS Office and data programs
  • Familiarity with administrative duties.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • Attention to detail.
  • Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
  • Good understanding of databases and digital systems.
  • The ability to manage and process high volumes of data accurately.
  • Ability to communicate with team when an issue is encountered.
