Our client is an upcoming educational consultancy firm based in Singapore specializing in consulting students aiming for admission to top overseas boarding schools in the US, UK, Switzerland, and other countries. They are hiring for a Marketing Director with the goal of building partnerships & community, and driving strategic marketing growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Brand Development: Spearhead efforts to enhance the company's global brand presence, driving awareness and market penetration in key regions. Craft and oversee the implementation of marketing strategies that align with business goals and target audience profiles.
  • Leadership & Team Development: Lead and mentor the marketing team to create a cohesive and productive unit, ensuring that team members meet KPIs and support the company's vision. Provide guidance to foster professional growth.
  • Partnership & Community Building: Establish and cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, educational institutions, and community influencers to expand brand outreach and solidify the firm's reputation in the education industry.
  • Marketing Campaigns & Content Creation: Direct the development of engaging, multi-channel marketing campaigns that resonate with both students and parents. Oversee the production of high-quality content in various formats (videos, images, blogs) to promote the company's services and enhance customer engagement.
  • Social Media & Digital Marketing: Shape the company's social media strategy, ensuring that social platforms are leveraged effectively to engage prospective students, parents, and partners. Oversee social media management, ensuring timely and relevant interactions with the target audience.
  • Performance Monitoring & Analytics: Analyze marketing performance metrics, including campaign effectiveness, web traffic, and customer engagement data. Use insights to refine strategies, improve ROI, and ensure that the company meets its growth targets.
  • Market Trends & Innovation: Stay current on emerging trends in digital marketing, education consultancy, and global education trends. Bring innovative ideas to the table to maintain the company's competitive edge.
  • Events & Outreach: Lead the coordination of virtual and in-person events, education fairs, and seminars. Drive end-to-end event management, including planning, promotion, execution, and post-event follow-up.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, and product development teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with company-wide goals and resonate with target customers.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 8-10 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in education, consulting, or a similar industry. Proven track record of leading teams and successfully executing global marketing strategies.
  • Language: Fluent in English. Additional language skills will be advantageous to liaise with stakeholders from other markets.
  • Skills: Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills. Hands-on expertise in digital marketing, brand development, and content creation. Strong data analytics skills to interpret performance metrics and drive decisions.
  • Personality: A positive, solution-oriented leader who excels in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a focus on results.
  • Aptitude: Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms. A visionary thinker who is innovative, adaptable, and capable of executing ambitious ideas.
  • Character: Collaborative and relationship-driven; enjoys building connections with internal teams and external partners. Accountable, with a sense of humor and maturity in decision-making.
