  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sustaining stable Assembly Tape & Reel (TnR) performance in term of Yield and Cycle Time
  • Support day to day operation and provide disposition for non-conforming lots
  • Responsible for data collection of NPI devices / Ramp-up initial production
  • Responsible for monitoring process performance and risk management during project implementation related to quality, productivity, cycle time and cost reduction
  • Analyse and resolve assembly process related problems particularly on defect correlation from Post Saw Inspection (AOI) vs TnR process, various TnR issues resulting to rework and frequent hold lots
  • Establish optimum process and provide support to train operations team
  • Knowledgeable in Design / Process FMEA, OCAP and Process Specification and related development and characterization reports
  • Validate and implement specials customer requirements at TnR process

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical / Electronics and Communications or Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years’ exposure to Assembly Operations particularly on Tape & Reel process or Auto-Vision Inspection Process
  • Experience on Wafer Laser Marking and Post Saw Inspection (AOI) an advantage
  • Must have basic knowledge in Design of Experiment (DOE), SPC and other Quality Tools
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams
