HRBP Intern (Base Maintenance Division)

Job Description:

1. Provide HR support to the Base Maintenance Division including but not limiting to:

• Training and Communications
• Recruitment and Onboarding
• Employee Engagement

2. Handle general staff queries/matters

3. Support ad-hoc HR projects

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources
• Able to commit at least 12 weeks for the internship
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to interact with all levels of staff
• Team player but also able to work independently
• Digitally savvy with experience in digital, illustrator and video editing tools, web and mobile interfaces design preferred
• Events planning experience is a plus
