As a Partner Marketing Intern, you will assist with various marketing activities related to partner events, communications, and updates, ensuring alignment with NCS’ guidelines and enhancing the effectiveness of our partnership marketing efforts.

What will you do:

Event Support

  • Assist in organizing and coordinating partner events co-hosted with NCS
  • Support in managing on-site or virtual event activities
  • Track event progress and provide updates to the wider planning team.

Drafting Communication Pieces

  • Create engaging email marketing content (eDM) and invitations for partner events co-hosted with NCS
  • Draft social media posts to promote relevant events and related activities.
  • Ensure all communication materials are consistent with NCS’ brand voice and guidelines.
  • Coordinate with the design team for visual assets required for communications.

Material Checks

  • Review and edit presentation decks to ensure they meet NCS’ standards and guidelines.
  • Assist in proofreading and formatting materials for clarity and accuracy.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve presentation quality.

Webpage Updates

  • Support requests for updates on NCS’ partner webpage.
  • Coordinate with the web development team to implement changes and ensure the webpage reflects the latest information.

Job Requirements:

  • Undergraduate majoring in Business or Marketing
  • Willingness to learn
  • Proactiveness in proposing innovative ideas and leading innovation
  • Problem-solver and team player
  • High motivation level and appetite for fast-paced team environment; readily adaptable to changing market and organisational requirements
  • Ability to network effectively across the organisation and within cross-functional teams

Commencement date: January 2025 onwards
