Job Description
- Support the Leasing Manager in retail planning which includes trade/ tenant mix review and planning.
- Source and secure suitable tenants that fit into the desired tenant mix of the mall. This will include active cold callings, site viewings and negotiation on new leases and renewals.
- Preparation and tracking of lease documentation.
- Preparation of leasing and management reports and marketing kits.
- Conduct market research on new trends.
- Establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships, tenant management.
- Assist in the setting up of and overseeing related lease management systems eg setting up of Lease Management Analytics System and Point of Sales System.
- Support feasibility studies and retail functions in respect of the curated concepts.
- Responsible for the upkeep of files and maintenance of tenancy/sales documents in an orderly manner.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
- CEA registered salesperson is preferred.
- Minimum 3 year of relevant experience in related field.
- Proficient in Commercial Law and Tenancy Agreements will be an added advantage.
- Meticulous, ability to multi-task and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Possess positive disposition, independent, resourceful and a team player.
- Strong presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated and able to manage the requirements of very demanding tenants.
- Proficient in Microsoft office, especially in Excel.
