Job Description

  • Support the Leasing Manager in retail planning which includes trade/ tenant mix review and planning.
  • Source and secure suitable tenants that fit into the desired tenant mix of the mall. This will include active cold callings, site viewings and negotiation on new leases and renewals.
  • Preparation and tracking of lease documentation.
  • Preparation of leasing and management reports and marketing kits.
  • Conduct market research on new trends.
  • Establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships, tenant management.
  • Assist in the setting up of and overseeing related lease management systems eg setting up of Lease Management Analytics System and Point of Sales System.
  • Support feasibility studies and retail functions in respect of the curated concepts.
  • Responsible for the upkeep of files and maintenance of tenancy/sales documents in an orderly manner.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
  • CEA registered salesperson is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 year of relevant experience in related field.
  • Proficient in Commercial Law and Tenancy Agreements will be an added advantage.
  • Meticulous, ability to multi-task and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Possess positive disposition, independent, resourceful and a team player.
  • Strong presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and able to manage the requirements of very demanding tenants.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, especially in Excel.
