General Description:

This role will be reporting directly to the Head of Client Engagement & Marketing.

The marketing analyst will be responsible for supporting the team across a broad range of marketing and segment related projects across physical (occasional online) events. The candidate will get many opportunities to be involved in as many (or few) projects as the role needs to be able to juggle according to personal motivation and multi-tasking abilities. The role is required to keep track of and maintain a relatively high volume or admin BAU as part of the core scope.

Responsibilities:

  • Exposure to all events - Work closely with Marketing managers to develop a wide range of private bank events, support in preparing invitation related materials, managing pre and post event lists, planning and executing marketing programmes in line with Bank of Singapore's brand and corporate guidelines, to meet business objectives within the approved budget for every event.
  • For physical events - Handle all events-related administrative work which includes sourcing for physical event venues, liaising with vendors, managing RSVPs before and after events, closing off projects and preparing detailed budget reports, and carrying out systematic tracking to monitor effectiveness of events.
  • For online events - Coordinate with vendors and prepare online assets to facilitate the webinar production, manage Q&A, extract post event guest books for data clean up and mining for lead generation and analysis of event effectiveness.
  • Process and submit invoices to Finance; post event recharging of costs back to markets before closing off projects.
  • For Hybrid event - combination of both requirements above for event.
  • Regular maintenance/submission of post event guest lists monthly to data analytics team who will run statistics based on AUM/REV ROI and attendance rates etc. for Marketing analysis and reporting back to CEO.
  • Ensure Marketing events page on Intranet and corporate website are updated regularly.
  • Support across non-event related deliverables eg. CNY collaterals order, festive e-greetings updates, holiday gifting catalogues etc.
  • Assist onsite at physical / hybrid client events running registration, coordinating Q&A, Misc. etc.

Work Experience Requirements

  • Possess strong communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Needs to be willing to learn, proactive team player who exhibits a high level of motivation and drive.
  • Able to multi-task effectively, work steadily under pressure with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Able to stay calm and react promptly to constant changes across all fronts
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and able to relate well with colleagues at all levels as well as confidently managing client issues onsite at events.
  • Possess good MS excel, power point and Word skills.
  • Need to take initiative to propose ideas and concepts, ask the right type of questions to obtain required details for completion of work.
  • Creative and adaptable or flexible in nature / latitude is expected.


Education Requirements

  • Business or Marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • Preferably past experience in marketing related roles including basic social media marketing.
  • Experience with relevant software applications.
  • Problem analysis and problem-solving
