Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of recruitment consultants and researchers and provide leadership guidance.
  • Assist in coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Support in managing client relationships by understanding their recruitment needs and providing timely updates on candidate progress.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create and refine job descriptions that accurately reflect the role requirements and attract suitable candidates.
  • Organize and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring smooth and efficient communication throughout the process.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
  • Assist in preparing and analyzing recruitment reports, including metrics on time-to-fill, candidate quality, and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and suggest enhancements to streamline recruitment activities and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and maintaining clear communication throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Min Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years of demonstrated track record in managing a team and various aspects of the recruitment process preferebably in maritime and oil and gas.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and candidates.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment-related software and tools.
  • Proven ability to handle complex recruitment challenges and provide innovative solutions to meet client and candidate needs.
