Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver Primary school-level education in a small, personalized group setting.
- Assess, evaluate, and manage children with learning difficulties, adapting teaching methods to meet their individual needs.
- Use appropriate techniques to assess and track the developmental levels and behaviors of each child.
- Accurately document observations and assessment results.
- Design individualized lesson plans and monitor student progress closely.
- Develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and provide regular progress reports.
- Lead Parent-Teacher Conferences to ensure collaborative support for each student's learning journey.
- Participate actively in multi-disciplinary assessments and contribute to planning, implementation, and evaluation processes.

Requirements:
- A degree in Special Education (SPED), Early Childhood (Special Needs), or Education (Special Education).
- Experience as an Early Childhood Teacher, Early Intervention Teacher, or SPED Teacher.
- Hands-on experience working with young children with learning difficulties.
- Previous experience in an early intervention setting is preferred.
