As we continue to grow, we are looking for a creative Social Media and Content Manager to enhance our online presence and engage our audience across various platforms. This role will be key in elevating our brand through creative and strategic content creation.

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media and Content Manager to elevate our digital presence and enhance our brand’s online image. You will be responsible for curating and maintaining engaging content across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, our website, and YouTube. Through strategic content creation and performance analysis, you’ll help shape our digital identity and drive audience engagement.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of refreshing our LinkedIn profile, building a captivating Instagram presence, and ensuring that our website and YouTube channel remain dynamic and up to date. Additionally, you may be required to travel within Singapore, and potentially overseas, to support live shoots, handle on-site editing, and create spontaneous, ad hoc videos. These videos will capture candid moments and post-event highlights for internal and external use.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, be comfortable working with both mobile and professional cameras, and excel under tight deadlines. Proficiency in video editing software is essential, as is the ability to adapt content across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency and creativity in every post. A proactive mindset, strong teamwork, and a positive attitude are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

LinkedIn Management

  • Refresh and optimise our LinkedIn profile to align with our brand’s messaging and goals.
  • Create and post engaging content, including company updates, industry insights, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and adjust content strategies to maximise reach and impact.

Instagram Development

  • Establish and grow our Instagram presence by developing a visually appealing and consistent content strategy.
  • Design and post captivating visuals and stories that resonate with our target audience.
  • Utilise Instagram features effectively to drive engagement and follower growth.

Youtube Management

  • Innovate and provide creative input on ways to build up our current Youtube channel with the overall goal to increase exposure and traffic for our channel.
  • Ensure our Youtube channel is up to date with past and current campaign material

Website Content Updates

  • Regularly update website content to ensure it reflects our latest offerings, news, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement content that supports our SEO and user engagement goals.
  • Maintain a consistent voice and style across all website content.

Photo and Video Editing

  • Use editing tools to create and edit engaging photos and videos for social media and website use.
  • Ensure all visual content meets brand guidelines and quality standards.

Performance Tracking

  • Track and analyse the performance of all content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and our website.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on content performance, and recommend strategies for improvement based on data.

Other Responsibilities include:

  • Create and maintain digital content and planning calendar.
  • Craft and generate good content targeted at the right audience across social and digital platforms.
  • Assist with the development of marketing collaterals (e-Newsletters, EDM, Annual Report, etc.)

Qualifications

-Minimum 2 years in social media marketing/content creation and/or agency experience

- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, Digital Media Manager or similar role.

- Demonstrates excellent project management skills with experience using project management tools.

- Proficiency in photo and video editing software

- Ability to confidently do photo and video shoots using mobile and/or professional camera

- Good graphic design skills (eg. Canva)

- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, and website content strategies.

- Proficient in website content management systems and ability to track and analyse content performance metrics.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English (both spoken and written) and excellent writing abilities. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is preferred.

- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
