Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of Goods Return Note.
- Coordinate local cheque bank-in and daily update of incoming funds to the NAV system to ensure timely updating of customer accounts.
- Responsible for the full spectrum of Accounts Receivable, including customer account management and debt collection.
- Reconcile Customer Collection with Bank Ledger for accurate financial records.
- Monitor and follow up with customers on overdue accounts and arrange for debt collection.
- Prepare Accounts Receivable monthly cash flow forecast to manage finances effectively.
- Monitor weekly/monthly Debtors aging to address outstanding accounts promptly.
- Prepare journal entries for accruals and other adjustments to ensure financial accuracy.
- Deliver Statements of Accounts to customers and respond to their inquiries.
- Assist in preparing monthly and year-end Balance Sheet schedules for accurate reporting.
- Minmum Diploma in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
