Global Trade Solutions comprises over 4,500 people across more than 60 countries, helping suppliers and buyers with their export and import finance needs. Trade is where HSBC began in 1865, when we financed commerce between Europe, North America and Asia.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager, Implementation - Global Trade Solutions (GTS).

Principal Responsibilities

  • Client Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for clients adopting GTS digital channels and products. Ensure a seamless implementation experience from initiation to completion
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, providing updates, gathering requirements and addressing any concerns to ensure client satisfaction
  • UAT, Production Support and System Configuration: Participate in User Acceptance Testing(UAT) where required and assist in managing internal and external production issues for digital trade products and channels. Ensure that testing and production environments are correctly configured and facilitate system testing activities to verify that products meet requirements before launch
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of implementation activities, documentation of implementation processes and client requirements. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
  • Process Improvement: Provide suggestions and feedback on how to improve the implementation process and client experience. Work collaboratively with the team to enhance overall efficiency
  • Support Senior Implementation Managers: Assist senior team members with various implementation tasks as assigned


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Basic understanding of project management principles
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
