EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  • Work closely with the development teams to gather business requirement, scope, prepare and deliver business cases.
  • Assist the teams to define and build new co-innovation business models leveraging design thinking techniques.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of meetings, follow-up of action items and key issues.
  • Support development team with development and quality assurance related activities
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure that all objectives are met.
  • Implement and monitor test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of the service or product.
  • Lead writing articles and blogs to showcase team success stories and updates.
  • Participate in additional activities such as operations support and reporting, supporting marketing efforts and building customer engagement, and driving demand generation.

Skills And Competencies

  • Candidates to be currently enrolled in master/graduate program, which is applicable to the position is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills: oral, written, and in presentations; as well as the ability to fluently communicate verbally.
  • Basic understanding and, preferably, hands-on experience in understanding the business scenarios and market demands in the IT industry, and how new technology can disrupt and enable new business growth.
  • Expertise in JAVA/Python is good to have.
  • Exposure and AI/ML is good to have.
  • Capable to gather business requirements from the customer.
  • Able to translate business or customer requirements to actionable development requirements.
  • Excellent organization skills with a proactive mindset, ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Rapidly adapt to changing circumstances and think outside the box.
  • Foundational knowledge and understanding of Agile Scrum
  • Strong desire to interact with and learn from senior members of the team.
  • Flexibility in working with different time-zones.
  • Proven interest in technology through education, hobbies, self-projects, or other extracurriculars
  • Prior experience or formal training in Project Management/Agile Scrum is a major asset.

Location: SAP Singapore

Expected Start Date to End Date: ASAP

Preferred duration of the internship: 9 months.

Working hours: preferably full time but amenable to minimum 3 days/week commitment
