Job Responsibility:

Job Duties:

  • Report to and support Regional Security Manager - South East Asia and Australia (RSM - SEA & Australia) for all physical security services.
  • Monitoring of CCTV and alarms for all Singapore sites.
  • Respond to system alarms and fault indicators in accordance with established processes, procedures and standards issued.
  • Manage and administer the Electronic Access Control System (EACS) in relation to creation of cardholder profiles, access provisioning, access transaction reports, deactivation of access, etc in accordance with the standard processes and procedures, as well as compliance requirements.
  • Encode and print access cards in accordance with established procedures.
  • Complete the fulfilment tasks in the Request Portal.
  • Guide new and/or existing users on the Request Portal application.
  • Perform security duties, including access control, patrolling (internal), escorting, crowd management for internal events etc.
  • Perform access card management, such as issuance of photo cards, temporary cards and visitor cards. Ensure that all inventories are being recorded and checked regularly.
  • Attend and respond to enquiries through telephone and email in a timely manner.
  • Conduct physical patrols of premises.
  • Attend to security and/or emergency incidents and escalate to RSM/Joint Operations Centre – Physical Security (JOC - PS) as required.
  • Assist the RSM and Head of Physical Security with internal investigations, if required.
  • Provide support to the Security Concierge Officers, if required.
  • Provide support and assistance to the JOC - PS, if required.
  • Good understanding of the local Premise Security Manuals, Global Access Control procedures and Global Physical Security Standards.
  • The Security Administrator shall be well-versed with the responsibilities of the Security Concierge Officer and relieve the roles and functions of the Security Concierge Officer when required.
  • Any additional roles and responsibilities, as identified by the RSM – SEA & Australia
