Role SummaryWe are looking for HR Specialist/Managers/Senior Managers in Talent Acquisition, Business Partnering, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, HR Information System/Shared Services
Key Responsibilities - TALENT ACQUISITIONSource and engage with candidates to develop talent pipelines, building their interests in available positions and hiring high-quality talents for business needsManage full life cycle of recruitment processes; design and implement the overall recruiting and pipeline strategy to support business results.Provide recruitment dashboard/recruitment analytics and provide solutions when anticipating needs of candidates, HR business partners and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities - HR BUSINESS PARTNERSProvide HR support on policies & procedures of related HR domains, including recruiting, staffing, employee benefits and development, etc. for assigned account(s)Lead/Initiate/Facilitate intentional HR annual programs & activities for positive outcomeSupport stakeholders on the assigned HR projects and solution implementation including overseas transfer/assignment management)
Key Responsibilities - COMPENSATION & BENEEFITSDesign and implement C&B plans and policies, including wellbeing projects and process to enhance employee experiences for talent attraction and retention and aligned to company objectivesDevelop and maintain policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits programs that comply with legal and regulatory
Key Responsibilities - HRIS/SHARED SERVICESDesign and implement optimize HR system and process solutions for effective volume executionDevelop and creating system documentation, including system specifications, process flow diagrams, gap analysis; and work collaboratively with developers, project managers, and business stakeholders to design and implement system solutions.Create, maintain, and monitor system security roles and functionality used by the organization.
Key Responsibilities - LEARNING & DEVELOPMENTDevelop and implement training/learning plan and program based on business and operations needsDevelop and implement learning framework and leadership and succession development programs
Essential Experiences, Skills and AttributesDegree in HRM or the related domains with good knowledge of employment laws and HR practicesMinimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Business Partnering, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development or HR Information System/Shared ServicesAbility to develop a strong understanding of the industry, conduct benchmarking and implement best practices for the organizationStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to achieve positive results and outcome. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, PowerBI/Tableau is a plusStrong interpersonal skills, and able to build strong relationships with stakeholders.Flexible, multitasker, and an excellent team player that can work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.Has a growth mindset, prioritizing adaptability, resilience, innovation, and ongoing learning to support business needs
