We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, Corporate Communication and Public Relations to lead our communication strategies and support our efforts in enhancing corporate image, brand reputation, and public perception across our business sectors. Social media and events marketing will be key to this role, driving engagement and promoting the company’s offerings to a broader audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic communication plan that supports the company’s business goals and enhances its corporate reputation across the luxury products and events management sectors.
  • Lead corporate communication and public relations efforts, including media relations, crisis communication, internal communication, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
  • Serve as the company spokesperson, managing media inquiries and representing the company in public forums, industry events, and community engagements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including media outlets, industry influencers, government agencies, and community leaders.
  • Oversee the creation of content for press releases, speeches, presentations, and digital platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and alignment with the company’s brand values.
  • Drive social media strategies to increase engagement and visibility, leveraging digital platforms to promote the company’s luxury products and events.
  • Collaborate with events marketing teams to ensure cohesive communication and branding at events, ensuring a strong public presence.
  • Monitor and manage the company’s public image, addressing any issues that could impact its reputation.
  • Provide communication-related counsel to senior leadership, including on reputation management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage and mentor communication team members to drive creativity, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Analyze communication effectiveness and media coverage, providing reports and recommending adjustments to strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in corporate communication, public relations, or a related field, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing communication strategies in a complex, multi-industry environment, preferably within the luxury products or events management sectors.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling messages for diverse audiences.
  • Strong media relations skills, with experience managing media interactions and crisis communication.
  • Proven track record in social media management and events marketing, with the ability to drive engagement and brand visibility.
  • Leadership abilities with experience managing and developing teams.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to align communication efforts with business objectives.
  • Proficiency in digital communication tools, media monitoring software, and social media platforms.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
