We are seeking a highly motivated Murex Front Office Stream Lead with strong knowledge & experience in Murex front office in the client side:

  • Lead a team of Murex Front Office consultants to successfully implement client's Front Office requirements
  • Analyse business processes and functional requirements, perform gap analysis between existing and required solution to drive the delivery of relevant user requirements documentation.
  • Work hands on with Murex Front Office to configure and test to ensure business requirements are met.
  • Work with the users to test, achieve signoff (UAT), and move the system toward go-live.
  • Support clients with the development of their own internal project plan, including the identification of key setup and configuration tasks, scope considerations, timeline, etc.
  • Responsible for managing, training and mentoring junior Murex front office consultants
  • Assist in system integration, data migration and implementation

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master Degree, preferably from Financial Engineering, Quantitative Finance, Business or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 5-8 years of Murex Front Office experience working in the capital markets industry.
  • Strong working experience on Murex Front Office (Pricing, Simulation, Pretrade)
  • Strong knowledge & functional experience on at least 2 asset classes. E.g. FX MM, IRD, EQD
  • Past experience in Murex front office projects (implementation / migration / upgrade etc.) within a bank.
  • Experience writing functional and business specifications with the ability to map conceptual financial and business elements to practical system capabilities.
  • Possessing management experience and keen interest to lead a team
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to handle priorities and manage business expectations
  • Strong and demonstrable problem solving/analytical skills.
