Job Description:

Our client is looking to hire an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Additionally, the HR Manager will play a key role in developing and

implementing HR strategies that support business objectives and enhance employee engagement. The role also involves managing HR analytics and reporting to refine strategies and

optimize workforce planning. The HR Manager will report to the Chief of Staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily HR functions, ensuring alignment with the Company’s strategy and priorities, including employee engagement, employee experience, performance management and culture related initiatives.
  • Develop and execute HR plans and strategies that support the achievement of business objectives, focusing on fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Provide HR guidance and support to leadership, offering solutions for organizational and management challenges related to people management
  • Set, monitor and achieve key HR metrics such as cost per hire, time to hire, employee turnover rate and benefits usage
  • Administer and streamline systems and processes related to all stages of the employee life cycle.
  • Ensure compliance with internal guidelines, regulations and legislation, such as the Personal Data Protection Act.
  • Stay informed about industry employment trends and leverage changes for potential business improvements.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 – 10 years of experience in HR, with a background in managing HR Teams or functions.
  • Hands-on experience in running HR operations with knowledge of HR practices and legislation in Singapore and Malaysia.
  • Strong consultative skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively and influence senior leaders.
  • Proven experience in implementing successful programs related to feedback, performance management, training, workforce planning, and compensation and benefits analysis.
  • Expertise in optimizing HR workflows for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ability to build, organize and motivate HR Team.
  • Data driven, analytical, and capable of working under pressure in a fast paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin language is an advantages.
