Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Financial Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals, a strong knowledge of financial products, and excellent interpersonal skills. As a Financial Advisor, you will work closely with clients to understand their financial needs, develop tailored financial plans, and provide ongoing advice and support.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, goals, and risk tolerance.

Financial Planning: Develop comprehensive financial plans that address clients' needs, including retirement planning, investment management, tax strategies, estate planning, and insurance.

Investment Advisory: Provide clients with advice on investment strategies, portfolio management, and asset allocation to help them meet their financial objectives.

Client Education: Educate clients on financial products, market conditions, and the impact of economic trends on their investments.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all financial advice and transactions comply with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including referrals, networking, and community involvement.

Ongoing Support: Monitor clients’ financial situations and adjust strategies as needed to ensure their financial plans remain aligned with their goals.

Qualifications:

Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any field. (Finance, Economics, Business fields preferred.)

Licensing: Financial services licenses required. Candidates with existing CFMAS papers preferred.

Experience: Fresh grads or Minimum of 2-5 years of working experience.

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
