We are looking for you to join as a Client Account Manager to help us provide efficient and high quality support to our Clients and Client Advisors.

  • join our specialized teams in supporting our Client Advisors based in Singapore to deliver exceptional client service experience to our clients internationally across Asia and Europe
  • assist with account opening, onboarding, due diligence and monitoring activities
  • provide advisory and documentation support for client lifecycle management needs such as account structure change
  • support with documentation for client meetings, investment proposals and the like
  • collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all client accounts comply with legal, compliance and regulatory requirements

Your team
You’ll be working in our Global Wealth Management business division in Singapore. Our role is to manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients in APAC. Providing an excellent and outstanding client experience is our goal.

Your expertise

  • at least 3 years of assistant relationship manager experience preferably in a private bank or financial services experience, ideally within a client facing team
  • Singapore license for interacting with wealth management clients and executing trades
  • an excellent spoken and written knowledge of English and Mandarin (which would be advantageous in serving our APAC clients)
  • ability to work accurately and efficiently, excellent self-organization and communication skills
  • a highly motivated team player who enjoys helping others and has a sense of teamwork
  • highly adaptable, with the agility mindset to adjust in constant changing environments
  • are resilient and responsible, able to work and be focused under pressure
