Job Scope:
• Monitor daily operations and ensure orders are process smoothly.
• Handle customers phone calls and emails.
• Prepare and follow up on sales quotations for clients and process purchase orders.
• Issue billing, sales orders, purchase orders, delivery orders, invoicing.
• Coordinate shipment delivery and documentation.
• Maintain good relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and satisfactory order fulfilment
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
• Candidate with relevant 1 years’ experience is welcome to apply.
• Multitasking and independence
• Candidate with SAP system is a plus
