About Our Client

My client is an emerging player and manufacturer of power semiconductors in the ASEAN & ANZ market. They have a strong presence in the China market.

They specialize in the research, development, manufacturing, and sales of semiconductor discrete devices and power electronic components.

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager with experience in selling semiconductors, specifically power modules, MOSFETs, protection devices, thyristors, etc.

Job Description

  • Oversee assigned accounts and territories to achieve long-term success.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape, market conditions, and collaborate with FAE and Marketing teams to define and implement sales strategies and plans.
  • Meet and exceed annual sales and DWIN targets within assigned accounts or territories, continuously monitoring year-to-date performance against previous years.
  • Foster, build, and sustain strong, positive, long-lasting customer and distributor relationships by understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Serve as the primary contact and manage customers' individual needs.
  • Consistently track and report on account statuses.
  • Develop new business through existing and potential customer and distributor networks.
  • Achieve yearly Market Share Growth.
  • Collaborate with Marcom/FAEs and product teams to organize global trade shows/exhibitions to showcase new products and technologies, enhancing brand awareness and generating new business opportunities.
  • Manage multiple priorities and deliverables in an operational, fast-paced environment with minimal guidance or supervision.
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers and internal teams promptly.
  • Recommend actions to enhance sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Be resourceful and proactive, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a sense of urgency.


The Successful Applicant

At least a degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

At least 5 years of sales experience in the semiconductor industry, handling regional customers previously.

A strong technical understanding of power/industrial applications of semiconductors.
