Our client is one of the Largest Technology Consulting Organization, present in 85 countries, with over USD 19Bn pa revenue size . They are expanding their sales team- and are looking for Practice Sales Manager for Analytics and Artifical Intelligence (AI) within Singapore. The role is based in Singapore.

As a Practice Sales Manager , you are expected to identify, evaluate and win business opportunities in Data , Analytics & AI space through various industry clients in SEA region - initial focus being Singapore.

You will be responsible for creating visibility for “our client ” and forging excellent working relationships with key stakeholders in the identified existing and new target customers.

Responsibilities

  • In this role, the Practice Sales Manager will cover the key areas of Digital Transformation, Analytics and AI along with Application Development & Maintenance Services
  • Responsible for revenue realisation and order booking across BFSI, O&G, Public and Telecom Sector
  • Lead meetings/sessions with the customers/prospects at different levels, including top and/or middle management
  • Relationship building with key stakeholders
  • Support pre-sales and development of proposals and ensure their consistency
  • Create sales strategies and plan for Client Partners review and for its incorporation into the broader customer strategy and plan
  • Understand customer’s business model and generate new pipeline by proactively identifying/creating, qualifying and closing new business opportunities to drive value
  • Actively participates in the conceptual design of new ideas and the preparation of proposals for internal approval
  • Account planning ( inclusive of forecasting) and Governance

Requirement

  • 10+ years of experience in selling complex IT services .Including a minimum of 5 years in Singapore.
  • Functional experience in senior-level Application services seller with good knowledge and prior experience and a strong track record in selling .
  • Good to have experience in AI/ML
  • Good to have experience in Large scale Enterprise Application modernisation and migration using Micro-services architecture and cloud native solutions with DevOps
  • Ideally well networked at CXO levels in Singapore
  • Excellent customer interface & communication skills
