Responsibilities:

  • Handle all users' desktop requests and resolution.
  • Manage the ticketing system from input of request case, monitoring, status update, to case closure.
  • Printing and hardware
  • Network connectivity and VPN
  • Operating systems and hardware
  • Conferencing tools
  • Handle user onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Manage user accounts and email in Active Directory and Exchange/Office 365.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:Email and Microsoft Office applications
  • Oversee system and user data backups.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 1 year IT support experience (preferably in IT System Integrator or Managed Service Provider environment)
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Adaptable, positive attitude, and team-oriented
  • Self-motivated learner with interest in technology
  • Required to take Technology Certifications.
