Summary
- We are recruiting Sales Managers for our client who is the exclusive distributor for a high-end international cable brand in Singapore.
- Office location is in Ubi, Singapore.
- Basic salary for this role is up to SGD $6,000 a month – subject to your interview performance and relevant experience.
- Further commissions will be payable upon bonus sales KPI being achieved.
- Working arrangements are fully onsite – 5 days a week during office hours
- Singaporeans or Singapore PRs are preferred for this role due to quota limitations.
Responsibilities
As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our client's business development efforts selling network infrastructure components. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Expand Customer Base: Proactively bring in new sales by identifying opportunities through your existing network, targeted cold calls and market research.
- Develop & Maintain Relationships: Support and manage top customers while building strong relationships with key target industries
- Grow Existing Business: Ensure growth within existing customer accounts while delivering exceptional service and support
- Track & Achieve Sales Targets: Keep a close eye on quoted projects, consistently working towards hitting and surpassing sales targets
- Collaborate with Supplier: Participate in weekly sales forecast meetings with the Supplier team to align on business goals
- Stay Industry-Savvy: Stay updated on the latest technologies, product developments, and industry trends to drive growth
- Product Recommendations: Suggest potential new products based on your experience to help the company diversify its portfolio
- Customer Satisfaction: Deliver outstanding results while striving to meet and exceed customer expectations
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
Education: Degree or Diploma in a relevant field
Sales Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience servicing the Systems Integration, Information and Communications Technology (ICT), and/or Data Network industries.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with initiative and drive.
Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English, with the ability to work independently and excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Software Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
