Reporting To General Manager, Kipling (APAC)
Key Purpose of the Job:
To manage and drive the growth of SEA distributor market & APAC Travel Retail to achieve company goal with 1 direct report (Senior Sales Executive)
Key Area of Responsibility:
- Define growth strategies and explore new market/partner
- Organize sales meeting 2 times a year, guide the distributor partners on business development and growth strategy with support from Planning, Merchandising, Marketing and E-commerce team
- Work with TR partners on buy strategy, promotion and new/renovation project, evaluate each opportunity to maximize ROI
- Partner with Customer Service team to monitor sales order, shipment schedule, billing and payment
- Monitor sell-in, sell-through and inventory health
- Prepare annual sales plan and monthly/quarterly forecast
- Work with legal team for IP protection, agreement & renewal
Requirements:
Education: Degree holder in Business or related discipline
Experience: Minimum 8 years of solid experience in managing distributors (retail/merchandising experience is a plus)
Others:
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong organization, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Embrace the growth mindset and willing to take up new challenges
- Self-motivated, agile, result-oriented with ownership
- Some travel is required
