Information Technology Manager (Operations)

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize Operational Efficiency: Continuously assess and refine operational workflows to drive productivity and ensure process optimization.
• AI Implementation: Utilize AI-driven tools to enhance decision-making processes
• Technology Integration: Research, evaluate, and deploy cutting-edge technologies and tools to support operations, aligning with business goals.
• Standardization: Develop, implement, and oversee standard operating procedures (SOPs) for managing systems, databases, and associated processes.
• Database Infrastructure: Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of scalable and secure database architectures to support organizational data needs.
• Data Accuracy and Integrity: Safeguard the accuracy, reliability, and consistency of data across all platforms through robust data quality protocols.
• Data Governance and Compliance: Establish and maintain data governance frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Collaborative Innovation: Partner with the team to streamline processes, foster innovation, and elevate operational performance.
• Staff Training and Development: Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to team members on emerging technologies, tools, and operational practices.
• Performance Evaluation: Track and assess the performance of systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Strategic Alignment: Collaborate closely with the Director to support strategic planning and execute initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated experience in systems and operations management, ideally within research, or innovation-driven environments.
• Understanding of AI technologies and their applications in business operations and process improvement.
• Proven project management expertise, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
