Food Service Server

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Food Service Server:

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the outlet promptly and according to proper sanitation standards
• Prepare tables for meals, including setting up items such as serviettes and silverware
• Attend to guests requests in a prompt and professional manner, serve glasses of plain water in the process
• Advise customers on menu choices and make recommendations
• Take orders from customers for food or beverages
• Manage reservations and walk-ins
• Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems
• Respond to complaints promptly and take appropriate courses of service recovery actions to turn unhappy patrons into return guest
• Collect payments from customers
• Clean tables after customers have finished dining
  
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Basic knowledge on taking food orders via technology devices (E.g. tablet)
• Must be prepared to perform shift duties and work on weekends and public holidays
  
  
  

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 2,000 +OT Pay + AWS +VB
• Working Location: North
