What You’ll Do

Under the mentorship of recruitment consultant specialists, you will play a pivotal role in aligning with the needs of our clients and partnering with them to fulfil their human resource needs. Your success as a Recruitment Consultant will largely be fueled by networking, confidence and influence.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Building rapport with clients to understand their needs and provide them with their ideal HR team
• Pitch various opportunities to talented candidates and maintain a good relationship with them
• Analyse market trends and stay informed of the current market sentiments, trends and competitors and client movements
• Managing and negotiating client needs with candidates demands to achieve the best possible offer

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or any related field
• Excellent people skills
• Driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment
