As Vice President of Global Supply Chain, you will lead and optimize global operations across sourcing, procurement, materials management, logistics, and warehousing. Overseeing a team of more than 300 employees across Asia and managing a purchasing budget of nearly USD 1 billion, you will align supply chain strategies with business objectives, ensuring operational efficiency, cost competitiveness, and supply continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for global supply chain functions.
  • Lead procurement, materials management, logistics, and warehousing to optimize efficiency.
  • Drive cost reduction and performance improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders to align supply chain strategies.
  • Build strong supplier relationships and implement risk management strategies.
  • Ability to manage complex supplier relationships and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 20+ years of experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Experience managing large teams and budgets (USD 1 billion).
  • Expertise in global supply chain, contract manufacturing, and supplier negotiations.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (spoken & written).
