Their B2C offering empowers everyday users to trade, share, and index currency and commodity CFDs rapidly and securely with zero commission or fees.

Daily execution of IT department activities, ensuring that duties and responsibilities are completed in an accurate and effective manner, always in compliance with company processes and procedures. The position will be reporting to the Group IT Manager and will be based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

  • Providing 1" and 2ªd level IT on-site and remote support to employees in several countries.
  • Supporting Windows systems and services: Desktops, Printers and Servers.
  • Supporting and ensuring maintenance of IT infrastructure: Wireless/wired networks,
  • passive/active network devices and LAN/WAN services.
  • Supporting and ensuring maintenance of company IP telephony system, end user phones, fax, etc.
  • Diagnosing and resolving ongoing hardware/software issues.
  • Carrying out periodic updates of the operating systems or applicable software.
  • Responsible for the maintenance and update of hardware inventories and software licenses.
  • Managing local IT procurement.
  • Contributing to the creation/change of documentation, knowledge base, and manuals, as well as participating and supporting knowledge sharing, as part of a Global IT team.
  • Maintaining users' management in the company's CRM system.
  • Following relevant IT and security processes, policies, guidelines, standards, and blueprints.
  • Providing regular reports such as change requests, incident reports, etc.
  • Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude for any incoming support requests.
  • Undertaking any other related tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language, both verbal and written.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Previous experience with Microsoft operating systems: Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2012 R2 and above.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft based infrastructure - AD, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Knowledge of Office 365/Sharepoint//Azure AD/MDM is advantage.
  • Good understanding of TCP/IP, roles of network appliances and services.
  • Knowledge of VolP Telephone system - Asterisk.
  • Experience in writing technical documentation.
  • Ability to understand and resolve network and performance related problems.
  • Experience with Scripts & automation is advantage - PowerShell.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with an ability to work autonomously.
  • Self and quick learner.
  • Team player.
