  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

Our Client is an established MNC with offices in Europe and Asia. With rapid expansion and technology investment plan, they are now looking for a new IT Engineer / IT Executive / IT VIP Support / IT Analyst to join their team.

About The Job

Your role involves:

Effectively prioritizing and resolving IT Support issues related to PCs, mobile devices, video conferencing, AV and etc in a ticketing / incident management tools.

Promoting information security awareness based on the ISMS framework

Support AV equipment for live meetings

Participate in IT projects on an ad-hoc basis

Skills And Experience Required

As a successful applicant, you will have at least 3 years of IT Support experience.

Proven track record in an end user in house role will be highly preferred.
