Job scopes for daily IT support

Job Scopes for System Administration and Network Administration

You will be required to design, implement, and deploy server solutions with Active Directory, Domain Controller, DHCP, DNS, Files and Printing services, WSUS, Certificate Authority, etc.

Infrastructure Design and Planning Skills

Coordinate with the client/project team to design and plan IT infrastructure solutions that align with the client's requirements.
Evaluate the existing systems and make necessary recommendations for improvements and upgrades.
Liaise with suppliers and vendors to source the equipment/system that meets the requirements.

System Installation and Configuration Skills

Install, configure, and deploy hardware and software systems, including servers, networking equipment, and operating systems.
Ensure proper integration of systems and components.

Networking Skills

Design, implement, and manage network configurations, including LAN, WAN, VPN, Routing, Firewall Rules, etc.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
