Senior Accounts Executive (Outsourcing Firm)

Company’s Profile:

The company is a leading independent tax specialist consulting firm with entities in Singapore and Hong Kong, with more than 20 years experience in the industry providing top-notch accounting and consulting services to their international clients. They are now looking for a qualified Senior Accounts Executive to join their team of professionals.

Work location: CBD (near Lau Pa Sat)

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm

Salary range: $4500 - $5000, depending on experience

Job Responsibilities:

• To be the main liaison personnel between the client and Company
• Lead the team to ensure the timely preparation of accounting deliverables (financial statements / management reports / GST filing) required by clients
• Review of supporting financial documents (invoices, bank statements) provided by clients and accounting entries posted by client/associate
• Review of the financial information/management accounts prepared by associate and to submit for senior consultant/BO manager's review
• Ensure that clients comply with local statutory and GST requirements
• Provide guidance and advice to clients on matters (accounting/GST) and escalate these matters to manager if required
• To assist the BO manager with the monitoring of the Company's accounts receivables
• Ensure the timely processing and sending of invoice upon the completion of engagement

Requirements:

• At least 3 – 5 years’ experience with full set accounts with 3rd party outsourcing company
• Education qualification in Accountancy / ACCA equivalent / LCCI
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and internal stakeholders
