The Sales Support Executive will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate with commercial managers, customers, and internal teams, and assist with development projects.
Responsibilities
Support the team to ensure smooth sales operations and performance
Follow up and coordinate sales activities from purchase orders to invoicing
Monitor pending orders and provide status updates to customer
Ensure effective resolution of inquiries or claims
Oversee the timely collection of payments from customers
Manage administrative tasks and coordinate with finance
Assist the Managing Director with various development projects
Conduct research to identify prospects and update customer database
Participate in and drive digital marketing initiatives
Assist and support the sales team to run campaigns
Prepare reports and prepare meetings with the Managing Director
Qualifications
Diploma /Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organisational skills and problem-solving attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication
Dynamic and customer service-oriented
