  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

We have partnered up with an exciting international start-up with a leading Customer Experience Management Platform. They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary POC for clients, delivering timely and effective support through various channels
  • Conduct regular check-in meetings, business reviews & training sessions to ensure alignment, address concerns to drive adoption & satisfaction
  • Be the SME for the software, including its features, functionalities & set up processes
  • Stay informed about new updates, changes & releases in order to effectively communicate technical information to clients
  • Conduct thorough investigations & troubleshoot to resolve client issues promptly
  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when necessary for efficient issue resolution
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams such as Sales, Product & Support to ensure seamless implementation, onboarding & ongoing support for clients

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of proven Customer Success experience in B2B SaaS companies
  • Strong aptitude for creative problem-solving and a track record of tackling challenging scenarios
  • Ability to adapt to quick changes in an ever-changing industry
  • Passionate about working with customers with a consultative approach
  • Proactive mindset, eager to learn & be committed to continuous professional development
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, maintaining a positive demeanour and outstanding communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, managing multiple tasks and priorities with ease
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools
