Capgemini Is Seeking Manual Tester in Singapore. The role requires the incumbent to execute test activities, analyze results, and track defects while coordinating closely with project teams and clients.

The individual will develop test procedures, maintain test artifacts, and contribute to maintaining security controls for project documentation.

Responsibilities: -

  • Create and document specific test cases aligned with business objectives, system operations, and technical specifications.
  • Formulate detailed testing scenarios and data variations for complete end-to-end assessments, including API and SQL checks.
  • Conduct detailed testing, record outcomes, and pinpoint issues for developers to address.
  • Engage with development teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure robust testing and efficient resolution of defects.
  • Review and refine testing processes to eliminate redundancies and enhance overall effectiveness.
  • Function autonomously and collaboratively to meet deadlines while adjusting to shifting priorities.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
  • 2-3 years of experience in software quality assurance within the banking sector.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office and a solid understanding of software testing practices (Agile).
  • Familiarity with JIRA, SQL, API tools, and test automation is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and resourceful with strong collaboration skills.
