Job Responsibilities
- Lead and organize meetings, conduct sites inspection, audit and follow up on observation reports
- Strengthen safety culture of workforce and compliance with safety and regulations
- Organize training, promotions and awareness on safety
- Responsible for risk assessment in accordance to company and Singapore requirement
- Ensure compliance of operations with Workplace Safety
- Conducting incident and accident investigations to maintain proper documentation of safety records
- File accident and injury reports to Ministry of Manpower
- Assist in conducting emergency response drill
- Evaluate current security process and system
- Liaising with outsource partner
- Reviewing on security procedures and management to improvise and evolving risks
- Supporting ad hoc task as assigned by supervisor
- Minimum Diploma/ Professional certification in Workplace Safety & Health
- Preferred Workplace Safety and Health Officer with MOM
- FSM certification, Biz Safety Level 2
- Manage work at Height Certificate -Assessor/ Manager
- Preferred with knowledge of local legislation
- Knowledge in WSH Act, ISO45001, ISO14001 and security management system
- Minimum one year of relevant experience
- Able to start work soon will be advantageous
